Wow...I had no idea that there were blueberry u-pick patches around here! We always pick when we got to Indiana, but didn't know about any here. May I ask where this patch is? We're definately willing to drive for fresh berries! (My husband makes tons of jam every year, we love the stuff!)
I love picking fresh blueberries. It's so simple, they just fall right off their little stem and the unripe ones stay on. The trick is to hold your container or your hand under the batch so they fall right into their target.
